Our Mexican oregano is a stronger in flavor than Greek oregano, but less minty and not as bitter. Mexican Oregano pairs well with chili powders, chiles and cumin.
How to Use
Use Mexican oregano spice in Mexican cuisine or Southwestern cooking. Add dried Mexican oregano in your salsa, soup and stew blends. When substituting dry Mexican oregano herbs for fresh, use 1/3 of the amount specified.
