What is baking spice?
Baking spice is a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and ginger. To make a simple Baking Spice blend, combine 2 Tbsp cinnamon with 1 Tbsp nutmeg, 1 1/2 tsp allspice and ginger.
